【調査協力依頼】Cancer Genomics Consortium「AI Use in Clinical Diagnostic Genomics Laboratories」(2026/8/31まで)

Cancer Genomics Consortium（CGC）関連ワーキンググループ共同リーダーであるDr Greg Corboy先生（Pathology Queensland）より、下記のとおりアンケート調査協力依頼がございました。以下よりご確認くださいますようお願いいたします。

Dear Colleagues,

The Cancer Genomics Consortium, a not-for-profit organisation, is conducting a survey regarding Artificial Intelligence use in Clinical Diagnostic Genomics Laboratories. As a co-lead of the relevant working group, I would appreciate it if you could in some way promote participation in the survey to the relevant members of your society. It closes 31st of August.

Dear Genomics and Cytogenetics Community Members,

AI is rapidly changing the landscape of laboratory cytogenetics and genomics. The CGC AI/ML in the Clinical Genomics Laboratory Working Group is seeking data regarding how AI is currently being, or not being, employed to help labs benchmark themselves against national and international practice. This information will also help demonstrate to funders the need for increased investment to realize the full potential of AI use to improve patient outcomes, and for appropriate regulation to mitigate any associated risks.

Even if you don't use AI in your laboratory, please spend 10 minutes to complete the Cancer Genomics Consortium "AI Use in the Genomics Laboratory" survey, by clicking the button or scanning the QR code below. The survey is brief and easy to complete. The survey will remain open through August 31, 2026.

The survey is open to all members of the genomics laboratory community, and we encourage you to share this email with colleagues who may be interested in participating. All data collected will be published in aggregated, de-identified form.
